How to achieve this in Theme Configurator?

Hello dear developers,

 

For the past few days i can't figure out how to achieve the following in the theme configurator module.

have a look at the following picture.

 

 

how can i achive that in theme configurator module?

 

I tried creating a seperate hook for the "pic1" and asigned top hook for it and changed it's css style to feet the whole width, but for the bottom pics i can't figure out how to do it :/
