Looking for developer of modification of newsletter module

Hello

 

I'm seeking somebody who can change newsletter subscription form on customer registration page and in customer account.

 

I need following option for tick

 

1. newsletter subscription: YES, NO

2. option of reciving: weekly, 14 days, monthly

3. option which catalogue areas they want to recive (woman clothing, mens clothing, caps, bags, etc)

 

this can be done via module or core customization.

in addition i need somebody to change us the way language block is displayed on our current theme in this site. I want to be all language flags are displayed all the time and visitor is seeing which language is avalible and directly change the language.
