And i cant edit these pages to make some changes in the text

Can anyone help me how to get these back? or how can i manually edit these pages?

I have the same issue (1.6.0.6) with CMS pages - I lost the ability to sort their order, and now they do not show up in bacl office as pages attached to categories (where they should be). They still appear in front office, but I can no longer access them to edit. Clearing cache has not helped.

I think I found the problem myself, for one part at least. There's a search box on those cms pages, at the top of each column. I've never used it, so didn't look further. But somewhere I must have put a space into one of them, or something. I found there was a reset button appeared that I hadn't noticed before, on the right of the boxes. I think with the space in there (so nothing showed as being there), it continuously searched for a space and, not finding one in my page titles, returned 'no pages' and everything was blank. No cms pages to edit.

Clicking the 'reset' removed whatever was in the box, and now all the pages reappeared. Still doesn't explain the lack of sort order controls.

hi,

I found the solution to view CMS pages in category (Preferences -> CMS).

It is necessary to uninstall CMS block module, reinstall it and configure it. Also clear cache and cookies.

j.

This is great news, only im afraid that it will delete my existing CMS pages, or even worse lose them totaly from Administration but have them in front offce and not able to edit them.

What is your experience with this?

Neither CMS pages nor categories (Preferences -> CMS) will be deleted.

If CMS Block module is uninstalled (Modules -> CMS block -> Uninstall), it is only necessary reconfigure it (especially left/right block and footer configuration: Modules -> CMS Block -> Configure). Because it will be reset to default state after CMS block installation.

Hi.

Problem solved in this post:

http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/358766-cms-disappear-from-backoffice-preference-menu/?p=1811601

For me worked and i have now access to CMS.

Hi , nope that is not the case with me, i have the following:

Preferences > CMS ( i have it in the menu)

When i open the CMS i can see my pages, but only some of my pages (check the image in the attachment)

But im missing all these so i can edit them :

All these pages are shown in the front office, you can open them and browse them, but i cant find them in the CMS menu to edit them

Im using prestashop 1.5.6.0
