[solved] Klarna Module orderstaus refund instead of shipped

Hi

 

I get some strange problem with the klarna module from Prestashop.

When i change orderstatus to shipped it automatically changes to refund.

I then have to try several times to changes to shipped and eventually it works and the order gets the right status.

Klarna Module: 1.7.7

Prestashop: 1.6.0.6

 

Has anyone stumbled upon same problem?

Hey mbp, when did you download the module? I don't think that module is available anymore and I haven't heard that coming from other users who use it. Strange indeed.

downloaded it from github.

According to klarna integration support it should still be integrated in prestashop.

 

They changed there statement today, and told me that its not integrerad right now.

 

I solved the problem by activating "send invoice by e-mail" in the klarna module  settings.
