Facing issue while installing prestashop on Godaddy. Need HELP

Hi 

I am trying to install prestashop on godaddy. I did exactly as explained. 

1) Secure domain name and web hosting (went with godaddy as I already have account with them)

2) created ftp user and upload files through filezilla

3) Created MySQL data base.

 

Now I am facing following issues.

 

1) When I go to my website www.example.com/install, it gives improper view of prestashop installation page (image 1 attached) 

 

2) It doesnt show system compatibility test page as shown in prestashop manual

 

3) While configuring database I see following message 

 

Database Server is not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields (DbPDO)

 

Can some one please help me ?

Looks like it is a browser problem first and second for the database it could be an sql error(try deleting the database and make new one)

Thanks for your reply, I tried using various browser (firefox, chrome and I.E.) but no relief. 

I also recreated database many times but result is always same. 

I am hosting it on godaddy. Do you think it could relate to hosting server as well. Thanks a ton in advance for replying
