My background looks fine on a computer monitor, but when viewing on devices such as phones, iPad, etc the background is too big, so it is staying one big size and I want it to scale and fit all monitor / device sizes. How can I make it change to fit mobile devices? Is this an easy fix? I don't have mobile viewing enabled because it looks boring and I want all devices to see the same.
