zauradigozalov
Dear friends, I've installed prestashop 1.5.6.2 on my localhost. Everything works fine. 2 days ago i've installed VPS and moved my prestashop. I can add category, products and etc. But i'm not able add new images to my product. It says "undefined" error. I couldn't see any errors on console, on debug mode. I've changed all 777 permission for necessary folders. Log files are empty. Tried to change FileUploader.php and FileUploader.js -> same issue. Maybe i have mistakes on VPS php or apache settings, but i don't know what is prestashop requirements for best practice. Please help me, i'm not slept all night, couldn't find any solution for it. Thanks in advance
lionak69
Hi, Not sure if this is still relevant, but I would like to add my penny. I am not a hardcore technical person, but after browsing through everything pointer on the web related to this topic, this is what I did. And it sems to be working: 1) I copied one of the existing products which has published product image 2) I looked for the folder that the new copied product's pictures are stored in - you can find out by hovering your mouse over the product images in 'edit product' mode. 3) I used FTP to download the content of this folder to my local drive. 4) I used an image editor (I used photoshop) to create all versions of my picture as in this folder and renamed them to be same as the pictures I had downloaded. 5) I copied the folder back... 6) I changed all bits of copied product to the product I actually wanted to add. And it seems to all fine.. Hope this helps at least some. Thanks. Edited November 12, 2014 by lionak69 (see edit history)
