mpouliot34
When I try to add my Pinterest url in the backend http://pinterest.com/plussizeappeal it give me the following error You don't have permission to access /psa_admin/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. If I past that same url under the Facebook section or any other section it will show up properly ( with the Facebook icon) and the link will take you to Pinterest. The requested URL /pinterest.com/plussizeappeal was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. My Shop specs I have Prestashop1.6.0.6 installed Default fashion theme Social networking block v1.1 Things I have already tried Uninstall and reinstall module Reset Module tested in IE as well as Firefox I was able to take a look with firebug and it seems to add the following tag when I am able to add something there <a href="http://plussizeappeal.ca/twitter.com/plussizeappeal?live_configurator_token=0e0e4f0f04d505e9bac572bdbf327d81&id_shop=1&id_employee=1&theme=theme8&theme_font="> when I edit the url that it seems to input there with just http://pinterest.com/plussizeappeal it does seem to fix the problem. Now mind you I am a Noob to this so I am actually not even sure where to actually go to "fix" this with the hard code in the directories. I took a look at all the files in the /modules/blocksocial/ but I do not see where this could be done. I could use this as a temp fix until it works properly in the backend. I am also unable to locate where the images for those icons are stored.

mpouliot34
Funny, I never fixed that issue. I am now working on a new site chocolatebaconlover.com and come upon the same issue. When I add the pinterest link I get the same error. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
