Contact Us mails are not sent

Hello everyone,

 

PrestaShop-Version: 1.5.6.2

 

Whatever I change or configurate in the BO of my shop, concerning the email-contacts for the front-office contact-form - the "contact us" site - I get no mails.

 

It's working for the backend, where all mails I sent, are shown off in the message-box, but I really would like to get an email also in my email-account.

 

I also woundering, coz when I send a test-mail in the BO, everything is working fine and those test-mails find their way into my email-acount.

 

Any ideas what could cause this problem?
