Category Pages Slow when Products have Lots of Attributes

Hello everyone

 

I've been using Prestahop stores for quite a few years now, but have run into a major issue with the loading speed of my category pages now I have added a lot of product variations.

 

I have an example site

 

www.deathtovideodrome.com

 

All categories have exactly the same number of products but "mens-clothing" for example has a great many more attrubutes per product than say, "tote-bags." As the number of attributes rises, the loading time of the category pages go through the roof.

 

I understand that having a lot of attributes will naturally slow a product page down and I can live with that. I just need a fix for the category pages that show the product lists.
