Looking for a module like the gravity forms

Iam looking for a module like the gravity forms for wordpress, which I will use in order to sell not products but services. By this way the customer he will first give some input informaton in a custom form and then we will see the quote in order to finalize the service that he will buy.

 

The input form could be a multi choise question or dropdown etc.

At the end and after payment a contract should be sent to the customer with all previous selected answers as well his invoice.

 

Any ideas with a module that is flexible to do all of the above and much more?

Use customization to save extra text fields for a product. Also look at the "Prestashop Custom Fields Module for 1.5 and 1.6" module to save extra information about the customer.
