wobiii
Hi, I'm working in a new shop, i have import a lot of product with csv files Yesterday i got this error on prestashop tab product: Bad SQL query Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_3370_0.MYI' (Errcode: 122) And during one time I cannot acces to my phadmin directory. I got Fatal error Now it's working again ( i have deleted 3000 product) I read somewhere this problem is due to disk space. What can i do now to avoid that problem in the future ? best regards, Prestashop 1.5.6.2 Edited May 10, 2014 by wobii (see edit history)
vekia
for the first it's necessary to identify the problem. if next time problem will appear again - it's worth to check server resources. are you able to check how many available resources you've got on your hosting account? wobiii
hi, Thanks for your answer. Yes i can check available resources. I Have a dedicated server. only 13% of the disk is busy. Everything other value are also very good. So this error is due to overload of the server ? there is no problem with the database ? I can upload more product ? vekia
and whaat about limitations like number of mysql queries per hour? perhaps half hour, minut etc.? some hosts create limitations like that. Or limitation related to number of files (no size, but restriction related to number of files)
wobiii
I don't have any restriction on my server (I think ) Attached PDF - Full list of mysql value (i think it's that what you are speaking about). I have to edit one value ? thanks again variable.pdf
