Help! Upgrade from Version 1.4.6.2 to 1.5 Failed

 

After the update failed i got an error Sql error Sub domain error, i was able to fix that but the real problem is after restoration of the files my FO and BO is not loading properly.

Is there a utility that i can run to fix it.

You can try rolling back, did you tell the module to backup current files before upgrading?

Hi, i already ask my hosting to restore DB and Files on my site before the date of upgrade, but still not BO and FO not loading properly

It means they didn't do it properly, otherwise it would work Try deleting the .htaccess file as well, it might be stuck

I deleted but still not loading properly, BO tabs also not loading properly, is there a way to repair, can i run installation again to the same version?how about if i will try to upgrade it to the latest version?

no other way but to check the ps_shop_url table in the back office, and see if everything is pointing correctly there.

You can't run the autoupgrade if you can't properly access the back office, and even if you could, upgrading when having these issues would be a suicide
