Error log after changing the picture on home slider

Hi,

 

I received from my host support an error log where the following message repeats on an on...

chmod: cannot access `installbak/theme/img/bt': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `-': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `Copie.png': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `installbak/theme/img/bt-dsbl': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `-': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `Copie.png': No such file or directory

suexec policy violation: see suexec log for more details 

 

They (host support) say that I have to solve this before my online store speeds up loading..?

have you checked permissions for directory where prestashop stores images for this module?

it's worth to check it, it's common problem

 

what chmods you use there?

Permissions are set to 777

 

Chmods ? meaning? sorry, not expert, but I do learn fast. Can you please be more specific?

chmods = permissions,seems like everything is okay with that but it's worth to notice that a lot of hosts dont accept 777 for php files

It looks that my host (iPage) accept them , because I got no error message from them.

 

I wonder if you have the time to look into my online tore, and have some hints why it is so slow.

The slider has messed up a store I am working on too... I wish I could just remove it completely from the store... Have also been asking Vekia to have a look at the store for me. It's so frustrating when you simply can't pin-point what the cause of an error is isn't it!
