jankins
I can not understand why presta has not improved the Content placing yet. It is so time consuming to move and place content in presta. Also, the layout is mostly fixed, changing it will be time consuming. There should be an easy to use Drag & Drop Builder like Cs-Cart has. It has functionality to build a View from scratch with Drag & Drop Grids / Modules. This is fast, intuitive (as content will be shown where the Drop has happend), 1 Page could look totally different than another page. Modules are not limited to be placed in fixed hook positions. Why Presta can not improve on that? I seriosly can not understand why still sticking to that hard to manage Module / Hook behavior.
ZinC
I haven't used the feature myself but isn't what your're requesting (drag-and-drop) already implemented in Prestashop? Modules > Positions > "Live Edit" on top right. Edited May 9, 2014 by ZinC (see edit history)
jankins
I know the Live Edit in presta. The functionality is just basic and not nearly compareable with the one I mentioned above. Changing Module positions is not the big deal.
vekia
what is the difference, then? i see that image you attached is just a simple block editor, nothing more prestashop has got the same feature with live edit, where you don't see blocks, but real page.
