alpe09ag
Hi, I have a problem with any other currency than my default currency. 1. I get a "Payment Error" and a warning telling me that the client overpaid. 2. All the amounts shown on the Invoice are wrong, only the Total amount is correct. My default currency is DKK and my secondary currency is EUR (0.133751) Please check attachment. Hoping to get some help
tuk66
It is perhaps something wrong with ePay module. 800 DKK is 107 EUR, not 800 EUR

I will update once I get some feedback from ePay.

alpe09ag
Hi, did you solve that problem? Experiencing quite similar one. Hi, unfortunately I am still experiencing that issue. I have to make my Eur invoices manually which is quite annoying! Sorry.
anth55
I have only one currency (DKK) and the generated invoices are correct. It looks like epay module is giving wrong amount to my prestashop store but the amount charged from customers by epay transaction service is CORRECT. Makes no sense to me. This only happens to customers added to group where theres a 5% price reduction.
alpe09ag
For me ePay is serving a wrong amount to Prestashop when a client pays in Eur. For some reason ePay can only handle the default currency (With my default currency Dkk, everything is fine). But in your case, if the error only occurs to a customer group with an associated discount, it sounds to me like ePay might have missed this type of discount when they created the module!? Did you question them about that?
