Not receiving email notifications

Hi.

 

I am not receiving email notifications when I get a new customer or orders. Yet I did test the email from the back office and when I send the test email I receive it.

 

Any ideas would be great.

By default there is no Mail alert built in to send mail about new customer registrations however there is one available if you do a search.

For the Mail alert for new order have you installed the Mail Alerts module.

Thanks for the reply. I have just installed the module Mail Alert, but it seems to only notify you about, orders, stock levels?

Yes that is correct in addition it also provides a notification to customers who enter their email address in an out of stock product when back in stock.

For a Customer registration Member alert you need to add a member alert module one can be found here.

Sorry as in what I mean't the email isn't sending for when a customer is newly registered. I got one email when I tested it out on myself.

When I recevived it, it was in the spam folder. But It doesn't seem to be sending anymore now?
