Apply discounts by price not by number of products

i need to apply some discounts when the client add products to cart, and sumes by example $300, not for the number of products in cart.

¿This is posible in PrestaShop?

Ok,

well my question is, when the client click on the "checkout" button, and sumes by example $ 150.00:

Product 1: $ 50.00
Product 2: $ 20.00
Product 3: $ 80.00

TOTAL: $ 150.00

If total is > $ 150.00 i need to prestashop apply an discount by example 10 %

This is possible with prestashop or with other module??

you can create a voucher to handle that

quite frankly, that is how I would do it
if a customer is too lazy to type in a code to get 10% off, then they must not need the money
