[Solved] Scrolling problems when using mobile devices

Hi everybody!

 

I'm experiencing scrolling problems in our site when we visit it via mobile device (Tablet, Smartphone,...). I see it on android devices but it could also happens on iOS.

 

The basic problem is that the scroll doesnt work! so the visitor can only see the top of the page....

 

Somebody suggested me to unable or unistall the "zopim free module" that we use for chating with customers. However that didn't fix the problem.

 

I've also contacted with the theme author but he couldn't help me at the moment because he is very busy with the new PS1.6 update for his theme.

 

Any help?

Edit:

 

The autor of the theme suggest me that it was related with a free slide captcha module... I've removed the module, but I don't have any mobile device to check it.

 

Please can anybody check it?

Edit: It Works! free captcha slice module was the problem...
