Remove demo data and edit the nav menu

I've got a clean install

How do I remove demo data and edit the nav menu?

 

I honestly cannot see anything for this in to back office

I've found the "TOP horizontal menu" module

 

What do I need to do for:

 

Furniture (as menu button)

then hover over that to show, and options for tables / chairs
