pascuald Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 (edited) Hello , I don't understand why the tracking number do not comes in the delivery message ??? in presta 1.6 !!! when i give the tracking number in B0, it sends automatically the message with the adress for tracking but there is no tracking number in the email… The best would be to have the link that put the tracking number in the right part of the page… but the minimum for presta would be to indicate the tracking number in the message so the customer do not have to connect to his account, just to have this number. pascuald Posted May 8, 2014 Author Share Posted May 8, 2014 Hello , You're the Boss Yes i have enter the tracking url in the first step of my carrier but… It seems that this url is missing the end… i just have the page url but not the 'magik formula' at the end to fill the bloc. And i suppose that if i have this end, it will work… As it is La Poste , french carrier, i probably have to ask in french forum to have this solution Thank you so much !!
