editing orders from customers

Well I upgraded to 1.6 but I am having some troubles.

On the back end under orders I used to be able to remove or add products to the customers orders.

I can no longer do that the option to remove or add new prdocust is not under the customers order.

 

Is there something I need to enable or is this a problem more are having?

 

The only option I have is to add new discount.

 

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here (can not edit as admin in BO). Ay advice?

It depends on the order status. It's still possible to order the ones that are set to "Awaiting payment'

Hi! My orders initially has a "Preparation in progress" status. Neither "Preparation in progress" no "Awaiting bank wire payment" has no option to edit products.

 

What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

OK. Found the answer.

 

Back Office---->Orders--->Statuses--->Preparation in Progress(Or any status which is set as default), I unchecked "Show Delivery PDF."

Exactly! A delivered order cannot be changed (unless you barge into the customer's house :D )
