Deleting shipping options - not possible

Hi guys. I don't know how it happened, but in my shipping options there is the fast shipping option, and the "pick up in store" one (which I don't know where it came from). Whatever button I press to disable/delete/whatever it, it will take me to where "modify" option would take me. (1st picture in attachment).

 

When I go to the final step in the "modify" view, I get this error: 2nd picture in attachment.

 

I cleared the cache of prestashop, of chrome but it still doesn't work.

 

Any ideas?

I confirm it's a bug. You can only hard remove them from the db at the time being, hoping the team fixes this nasty bug in the next release!

And I forgot to mention: if i click on the shipping option and it takes me to the "modify" section, each time i get the error from picture 2, that shipping option generates a new entry. So, if i have 10 "pick up in store" shipping options and I try to modify one of them, another option appears in the list.

 

However, I managed to find a way to trick this. When I added a product i saw that it had the tab "shipping" from which I could choose whatever shipping option I wanted for that specific product. Maybe this helps someone.

You can also let it disabled so that people can't use it

I can't disable it. As i said in the first post, whichever button i click (or any option i select) it takes me to the same page to which the "modify" button would take me.

Yes, in the modify page go to the next step, and hit the last switch, then save

I've already tried that. No matter what position the switcher is (green/red) i get the error from picture 2 and a new shipping option is automatically added...

Now that's really weird, it works for me. is it 1.6.0.5 or 1.6.0.6? Upgraded from 1.5?

I don't know what version it is. In the day it came out i downloaded it. I didn't upgrade it from 1.x. It was a clean install.

Look at the bottom left of the back office once you scroll down till the end of the page, it should mention your exact version. 

Once you know it, go here:

 

http://www.prestashop.com/en/developers-versions

 

Download that version, grab the file named AdminCarriersController.php, located in controllers/admin, and re-upload it, overwrite the one of the server. See if it helps. If not, and yours is still 1.6.0.5, try upgrading

Thank you very much for your help, Nemo1! I upgraded my shop to 1.6.0.6 and everything works as it should
