Setting up a new store which is about to go live but the annoying behavior of MailAlerts. - for new orders nor Merchant nor Client receives messages - from the contact form sometimes Merchant/Client receives mail. Sometimes only Client receives Mail. Translations for Mails are present (according to me). Or is it due to hosting?? Apparently there's a lot of known bugs with Mailalerts in version 1.5.x Really need some help on this as this is the only issue left before releasing the shop. Got someone technical already looking today but he didn't come to a conclusion. no one doubts you are having a problem...but not a hook issue -check your mail server queue (if you have access), see if you have emails sitting in queue. -are you using shop default email adderss of domain name? -have you turned on ps errors and tested to see if any error messages? you may want to consider posting in job section as there are some really good technicians that will come to a conclusion.
