Help, redirect to any category in the new version 1.6

Hi I wonder if someone can explain me, do help to see how to redirect to a category when going to the home page. 

 

in previous versions I could put this line in the controller index 

 

Tools :: redirect ('index.php id_category = 10 & controller = category'); 

 

and by that I redirected to the category you want, but as in this new version 1.6 also changed the URLs do not accept me. 

 

 

My idea is that when the site is loaded, immediately send it to the category you want to show the first entry.
