JqZoom not working correctly

Hi All

Hope someone can help me here.

If you look at the images you will see that

1. The height and width of the box holding the image are not correct.

2. When I mouse over the image for the zoom, image overlaps box dimensions.
3. When I move the crosshair around the zoomed image, it only navigates a small part of the image.

go to modules- then search for the zoom. you will fnd the jqzoom, click on configure

then you will have a lot of possibilites,

your current situation is that the zoom opens on the same widow as the picture, try to select in the configuration page the way that it opens in the right side of the original image. this way when you move the mouse over the image it will show that part.

Ah, I don't seem to have JqZoom in my modules list.

Do you know where I can download it?

sorry was think as usual way:)

the jqzoom is not a module but it is js.

you can find it in

your-root/themes/your-theme/Js/product.js

then look for the jqzoom and play around for the size and position

I am not and expert or have any idea about js:) so try to see if you can do something:) the most thing i did with the file is to change the dimension(H/W)

Okay I did play around there but there has not been any change. It states the default width and height is 458.

Any other line of code I should be looking for?

I have some question maybe someone will know:
Can I somehow get default image size (this one which I've uploaded, not this one created by PS) and then if photo is smaller than wrapper turn off jqZoom?
Only problem is to reach image size, comparing should be easy to achieve with jquery.

Okay I did play around there but there has not been any change. It states the default width and height is 458.

Any other line of code I should be looking for?

can you change the innerzoom by one of the options given there!

zoomType: 'innerzoom', //innerzoom/standard/reverse/drag ( now it is innerzoom, that is why you have the zoom inside the picture, try one by one, standard, or reverse or drag) but i think the standard will do... try and let me know the result

Thanks for getting back to me

standard/reverse/drag all seem to work fine. It's just the innerzoom.

Also when I change zoomWidth to 200 and zoomHeight to 200 it does not seem to make any change at all.

Sometimes when I make a change to the code for product.js - the changes take a affect once but then when I relode the page it goes back to what it was originally. The only change that seems to stick it the zoomType?

Simples, primeiramente desabilite o cache o prestashop para ir acompanhando as alterações, depois que estiver do jeito que acharem bonito o zoom vocês podem habilitá-lo novamente.

Abram o arquivo produto.js so prestashop, localizem a seção que se refere ao código do jqzoom e alterem conforme desejem, exemplo o xoffset é a posição no eixo x do zoom, já o yoffset é o contrário.

E adicionem a opção position: 'left' para que o zoom se mova pra o lado da imagem.

Vejam como ficou meu código abaixo:
