Customers receive other emails but none of the email provides the link to the virtual product to download. My version is 1.5.6.1. I have checked the forum and observed that this kind of issue was present in some of the previous versions such as 1.5.3 and I tried to use the solution for that version as well but that didn't work. Anybody can tell me what I need to do? I provide virtual products with instant downloads and really want this issue to be resolved. Anybody?
