Sublimex
Hi All, I have setup 10 different carriers in the shipping menu. They all are based on weight and have a single range of 0kg to 30kg. the different carriers are only differentiated due to their timescales, in other words next day, 2 day, next day 10am, etc. when i place a standard product that should trigger all of these carrier choice and then proceed to the checkout, within the shipping option i only see 3 choices. it makes no sense at all. please help. www.sublimex.co.uk kind regards Matt
Whispar1
Just making sure, for the product in question go to Catalog > Products > Edit > Shipping are all the freight options highlighted or just three options?

Draygon
Sublime, Generally best practice is if you are going to have all shipping methods available to any given product, you need not select any of them in the product settings. If you select none, they all will become available by default. Try removing all the shipping methods from the product settings and add the product to the cart to see what happens. All carriers should become available for that product. Adding carriers via the product settings is great if you have a product that can only ship that one or two ways. Sublimex
hey, I have been trying desperately to get the carrier to work but it is royally messed up. i have 2 carriers live and setup as Free carriage. they should appear for all products. Why dont I see any carriers at all now in the checkout? M
Sublimex
Sorted it. In Advanced stock management the warehouses have to have the carrier associated to them. Very frustrating but so glad I have located this now. Thanks all. M
