SC Stuart Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 Hi there, I have quite a bit of info on some of my products and it's therefore easier to use tabs on the product page, however, I notice in 1.6 that it won't let me hook the product details module to the producttab. It just tells me that the module cannot be transplanted to that hook. Anybody care to tell me where I am going wrong or how I can fix this? SC Stuart Posted April 30, 2014 Author Share Posted April 30, 2014 No Idea, I am pretty new to Prestashop. I am trying to get the product page to show all the information in tabs, so I want to have the product despcription on one tab, comments in another and so on. If I go to transplat module, it will let me add the product comments to the displayproductab and displayproductabcontents hooks but not product details. Am I selecting the wrong module (product details) in the module field of the transplant section, I just assumed that 'product' details' is the long description of the product but I am clearly wrong about that. vekia Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 im confused a little. product description is not a module, it is just a part of product page and it is hardcoded in product.tpl file. if you've got "product description" as a module in back office modules section - it's not a default solution... I am trying to get three tabs on the product page, namely 'more info', 'comments' and 'reviews', how do I do this? I have added transplanted the 'comments' module into the productabs and productabscontent but no tabs are showing up. Am I misunderstanding this entire concept or am I doing something stupid. That's how I did featured, new and best selling products on the homepage tabs and it worked just fine.... Is there an easy way to do this short of hacking the template?
