Cannot import Language / Localization packs

Hi.

1:

I have just installed Prestashop 1.6.0.6 from Softaculous at me Webhotel (meebox.net)

Intallation showed no errors / succesfully installed, and all looks fine.. But..

 

As a fist thing I wanted to import the Danish Language pack, but when hitting the Importbuttom at Localization after chosing Danish languagepack, It opens the link, but nothing hapens / Nothing are importet.

I tried with German language,. The same thing.

I tried with another computer on another geografic location / another IP. Same thing.

What can be the problem?

Alternative I wanted to import the packs manually, but Where do I find the languagepack? Searching on Prestacom or addons market does not show any (One 3. part pay-versions)

I tried to install the preinstalled upgrade module, but got this error:

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module Language:
require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/kimmaaru/public_html/test/presta/tools/tar/Archive_Tar.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php')
