Dear all,

 

I'm a new Prestashop user, I just bought it from a friend that couldn't keep on going with his sells.

 

In Order to avoid crashes of his sells, he didn't update it for long.

So I currently using Prestashop : 1.4.2.5.
and component Paypal : 1.6

I encounter some problems :

 

The component doesn't work with firefox (proceed to payment from basket don't work), and with IE and Chrome, it's just half_running. Most of the time, it take from 1 to 5 articles are really counted in the payment and it says that an error of payment has occured.
 

So I have to face many errors that takes time to check. Each time I have to send at least one mail to the customer and the remake an invoice.

Is there someone who knows what is the solution?

PS : If it's not clear, ask for details, I'm French and not sure of my english.
