[SOLVED] Why some of the theme feature cannot tick?

Hi member,

 

 

    I was upgraded the prestashop to the new version(1.6). But why when the right column some of the feature cannot tick?

 

    And some more my footer the store information and follow us the icon picture all is disappear.Even i already add the module in the hook.But when i keyin the information inthe module to configure in does not function.

 

   It that what problem? Can someone help me?

you don;t have to modify files, it's related to database, everything is described there
