Image Slider not working and no navigation arrow

Hi

 

I have done below upgrade and now my image slider is static (not moving) and no navigation arrows.

I have reduced the image size to fit into the window.

 

The site is

 

----the link is removed as site is ok now----

 

 

I have spent 2 days searching the internet but looks like not much information is available for version 1.6

 

Please advice and thanks in advance for all suggestions and help

You have an error in blocksearch.js. Maybe that is stopping slider script.

changes that i provided in guide can't affect slider,

i think that problem is with js file that dioniz mentioned.

you changed this file?

reinitialise or unistall/install  the module blocksearch 

 

and you have big prob in product page with 2 col activated

Thanks indeed the probelm was with the Blocksearch module. I did not know how to find the error. Now i am using Firefox error console.

Thanks and you are correct it was not the change as per your write up that caused this error. Above was just my observation. I did not change the file  but I did move the module.

for the 1st module in left column  the h4 tag has a margin-top 9px you must add in css of bolck or global.css

#best-sellers_block_right h4{margin-top:0;}

 

in global.css line 989 change for

.container {

max-width: 1340px;

}

it's minimun width for  the nice display but i can see for other screen ( phone /tablet/ etc...)

 

refresh the page
