Arrows disappear from the Homeslider

Recommended Posts

I am on 1.6 version , language FR.

After modifying the Homeslider module (loading new images), the arrows initially on the bottom right corner don't show up anymore.

I didn't find any way to get them back.

Is this a bug or a config problem?

Thanks for your help on this.

----------

I cannot give a link but here is a screenshot for example.

No more arrows on the bottom right side for all new images....

Hello,

I had exactly the same problem on my site. With me the arrows where further down to the bottom where you can't see them. What I did to solve this problem is I made the images in the Homeslider the exact same size as the original sample files for prestashop before uploading them (779x448px).

Hope this helps for you

Hi,

here is the link to the other post:

http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/320644-fl%C3%A8ches-du-slider-disparaissent-en-fr-image-slider-arrows/

There are 2 thumbnails there illustrating the issue: I have exactly the same one.

That's odd.

there is no link too :(

Yes that is correct. I said in my first post that I had the same problem when I used images with random sizes. I solved it when I edited the images to the same size as the sample images. That was my sollution and since then it works like a charm.
