problem in order-opc checkout (shows only the cart part without css)

Hi,
I am working on a prestashop web-store.
There is a problem One Page Checkout page.

When a user views his cart the page works fine and all in one page and arranged well.
But when the user signs in, the order-opc page shows just the cart products without css. It shows just the html part.

 

I searched in google and found some other posts with same problem, but no solutions there.

Please help me to solve this.

okay for test purposes, please go to preferences > seo & urls tab in back office.

search for 'order' page and try to change its rewritten url, for example to 'checkout'

does the problem exist after that?

I tried your steps but it didn't work.
Also "friendly url" is disabled.
so, I don't think this can affect the problem.

This is working great when you checkout without login.

But when you log in and checkout, this mess is displayed.
