paleoglobe Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 Hi, When I open the quantity tab in my products, i see the explenation text, but not the option to change the quantities. The only thing I can do is change the minimum quantity to buy and text if a product is in stock or not. What could be the problem? I use prestashop 1.6.0.6, but that should not be the problem. I tried to replicate the problem on another domain, but with this fresh install, everything shows correct. The theme should not be the problem either. I made this using presta-theme-maker.com and also tested this theme on the other domain and that seems to work ok as well. I did test the multistore feature. Perhaps it is related to that. At this moment this feature is deactivated again, but perhaps I forgot something. To be completely clear, I did not change any codes, so it should be a something that I can change in the backoffice. I didn't use combinations. the message states something like: It is not possible to change quantities if: - you manage all shops - you manage a group of shops where quantities are not shared by all shops in this group - you manage a shop that is in a group where quantities are shared by all shops in this group So it seems that this still links to the multistore feature. In the tree I see the following default My store www.mystore.com It seems that there is only one store left, so i am a bit afraid to delete anything here. What should i do here?
