Back Office Issue : Automatically logout after select any back office menu

Hi Anyone,

 

Any of you encountered error, the page will keep logging out on the back office module? seems its cookie issues.

Pls advise how to resolve this in PS1.6

 

had read this, but seems not working for PS1.6
