totallybike
Hi all, sorry if these questions have been answered elsewhere but I could not find them.I've uploaded an icon file (named it favivon.ico) in backoffice and it appears there ok, but it doesn't show on the page (just an ie icon). Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, how do I make my site SSL?thanks in advance for your help.Gary
Patric
Please, one question by topic. For the favicon, did you try to reload without using the cache (Ctrl + F5) ?
totallybike
Hi Patric, Yes I've tried that.
rocky
There are two favicon.ico files in Prestashop: one in the img directory and one in the themes/your_theme/img directory. Have you checked that both have been updated to the new icon? Other things you can try is clearing your browser cache or if you are using IE6, you must add your website to favourites for the favicon to be downloaded. You can turn SSL on under Preferences > Enable SSL.
