I'll try again...help with Attributes/Values not appearing correctly

Here's my dilemma:

 

I'm running PS 1.5.4.1 and have a purchased theme; I'm not using the default theme.

 

I entered a product, then went to Catalog > Attributes and Values to set an attribute. The Attribute I set was Glass Top for a table that allows users to include a glass top or not, in which case the price will increase by $8.00.

 

I want the Attribute to appear as "Glass Top" followed by a Yes and No radio buttons. So, within the Attributes page I have the following:

 

Name: Glass Top

Public name: Glass Top

Attribute type: Radio button

 

I then create the combinations within the Catalog Products Edit page.

 

When I look at the product in my website, the Glass Top attribute appears as a drop-down list.

 

The same also occurs for Colors that I created as well.

 

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

 

If a moderator could login to my account to see why this is happening, that would be helpful.
