Order confirmation message is not displayed 2. Cart is not updating and order are not displaying 'My Orders' section 3. Order is not dispalyed at the back office Please help me out. I'm also implementing this same module provided by ccAvenue in one of my client site. I'll test it by tomorrow and will let you know about it. pskeeda Posted May 7, 2014 Author Share Posted May 7, 2014 I upgraded to PS 1.6 and using the updated CCAvenue module PS 1.6, but now i am facing new issue i.e. orders are now showing in back office but in order details there is no product is displayed. karthiiiiiiiiiik Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 Hi sanjeev, kindly create one subdomain for your domain install prestashop 1.6.0.9 version and put some sample products and install ccavenue payment gateway and check whether it is working properly.. the module is compatible to version 1.6.0.9 only that is the problem, better option install 1.6.0.9 and export and import all the products in the new one . before doing all this things kindly check ccavenue works in version 1.6.0.9.
