Prestashop have Error 500! Please Help

i just install the new theme. it was working fine. then i change the SHOP URL in SEO & URL menu. suddenly, my shop start showing errors. then i change back to my previous url but suddenly i am getting error 500. my prestashop installation folder is catalog with is lying under the root. i can not contact to back office and my front office is also not working. please help urgent!!!

if you see internal server error 500 - turn on error reporting

 

 

open config/defines.inc.php

 

find this line define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

change to look like this: define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

i get this error when I'm trying to import csv and especially images url x,y,z column.  Why is this happening?

without error reporting i can't say.

it can be related to server restrictions, limited execution script time, etc.

if you will turn on error reporting - everything will be clear then,
