jbmd Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 (edited) Hello, I was trying to edit mailalerts new_order.html in back-end (translations) and suddenly I lost the most important line with ordered products (for email for the office/eshop). I was even trying to add the entire table from order_confirmation.html dedicated to customer (where it is still correct) but it is the same. It seems to me that it has nothing to do with the files itselves (new_order.html or order_confirmation.html) because when I replace the error one with the back-upped one it does not help. I am desperate, now the office is receiving a new order without listing of lines of ordered productcs ... Please, help ..
