wrkalot
I noticed that the folders are 755 but the files in those folders are 644. Are you saying every file and folder needs to be 755?

walvin
Are you using the official paypal module? I'm using Paypal USA & Canada (modules/paypalusa) and I'm getting a 404 with Paypal Standard. I set every file and folder in modules/paypalusa to 755 but unfortunantly it didn't help in my case.
pascuald
helo , Yes i am using official module (european module) and i had the same situation. In my case, i had several times this problem and i think it came from 'delete cache' or 'repair soft' (in fact i don't know exactly but the problem occurs after i did theses things). To fix it, I had to remove and re-install Paypal's module even if it was already loaded (checked with Filezilla) The module was installed but as i wanted to re-initialize it, the soft said that this could'nt be done. So i understood there was a problem and i manually erase Paypal's module (in modules's folder) and re-install a clean one (in witch i gave the permissions to 755 - folders and files ). And now things are ok but as i have to delete cache , i will test the situation. I hope it can help you.
