JennaG
I have just tried to process an order in both the back end and front end. I was unable to add product to an order and the was no notification of what was happening in the back end, when I switched to the website and tried to purchase a pop up appeared with the following message. The page at what2ware.com.au says: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product. etails: Error thrown: [object Object} Text status: error HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM? I HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW LONG THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN IN PLACE. THERE HAVE BEEN NO ORDERS FOR OVER A WEEK.
inweb
It does not work because jQuery sub-request ends up with HTTP 500. There is probably something wrong with controllers/front/CartController.php file. Try -re-uploading the fresh copy from PS installation package. tuk66
It works for me from Europe. It can be combination of overloaded server and short PHP timeout. The server response is quite slow. Anyway, I like the clear design as well as products. Nice.
