You have to enable the right column under Preferences, Themes then you have to transplant modules to the right column under Modules, Positions, Transplant a module.

By default there are no modules installed in the right column.

In you post you say I want to c right column on home page.

 

 

 

You still have to go to Preferences, Themes and edit the default-bootstrap theme and enable all modules to show left column.

Now you have to go to Modules, positions, scroll down to DisplayLeftColumn and edit each module and remove any exceptions that you see.
