PEJ33 Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 I have two shops running on 1.6 both were running perfectly. Now on one of them when I go to the images section of the product (Catalogue>Product>Image) to add a new image the existing image is not showing there and when I click on "add files" nothing happens! In the other shop the existing image is there and when I click on "add files" it works fine. Why is the image upload facility not working on one when it is on the other. ericlie Posted April 22, 2014 Share Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) I have the same problem here but slightly different where the upload progress always failed but it shows another images (default images from prestashop). Every time I upload my own images, it always failed but prestashop default image just simply show up.
