How to call the hook actionOrderStatusPostUpdate onto a order

Hi

 

I am creating a plugin. I my plugin I want to call the hook "actionOrderStatusPostUpdate", so that other modules that might do something with the paticular order is able to.

 

I have tried to read this:

But I still do not understand how to call the hook with an ordernumber.

 

Looking forward to see some example code, that might lead me in the right direction.
