TTNZ
Hi, My back office dashboard is not displaying any sales data after the upgrade from 1.5.0.6. Anyone else experienced the same problem and managed to resolve? Thanks
pskeeda
Even i am facing the same problem, please help!
benjamin utterback
I think that it should display once sales come in etc.. I don't think it takes the previous data and puts in on the graph.
TTNZ
Hi guys, The problem for me was due to the upgrade from 1.5.0.6 to 1.6.0.5. All my modules and there positions had to be reset to enable the back end dashboard to work. I went through the Modules - positions and looked at two key areas: dashboard-Zone1 and Zone2 were both empty so I had to transplant the modules for the dashboard into here and it worked perfectly. I still think I am missing something from here but I get all the dashboard stats I need for now. This worked for me so I can mark this solved :-) Edited April 25, 2014 by TTNZ (see edit history)

heinrichen
the.rampage.rado.. Are you using the function automatic generated invoices as before? Do you use the same setting?
the.rampage.rado
I had never used this option because I also sell outside my shop and use external invoicing. How I can fix this issue - I don't want to use PS'es internal invoicing but want my stats back ???
heinrichen
The Dashborad stats do not work when there is none invoice created. I try to find a way around this.
heinrichen
You can do this.. Enable the invoice global under orders -> invoices, this will make the stats start working again. Translate your invoice PDF to "Order confirmation" instead of "invoice". This way the customer gets a PDF order confirmation instead of an invoice. There is for sure a fix to do this by coding but I can't sole that and this will make it working without putting to many hours into it.

the.rampage.rado
Do the 'stats' in BO work in 1.6.0.11?
heinrichen
Do the 'stats' in BO work in 1.6.0.11? Yes but you must enable invoice in BO.
the.rampage.rado
So basically no... Why I have to enable function I don't need to use another that is 'a must'? I can't use the integrated invoices because I also sell outside my shop and the numbering will horibly wrong. Also the fix above is also not welcome.

n_s_simpson
I don't use Prestashop's invoicing system either but would still like to see sales on the Dashboard once the order status is set to validated. Surely that should be the thing the dashboard looks at!
dprovost1990
Even with invoices enabled in Prestashop 1.6.0.14 my dashboard shows no sales even though they are coming in. EDIT: I got it to work by pressing "Day" then "Month" in the top left. Edited May 21, 2015 by dprovost1990 (see edit history)
n_s_simpson
Doesn't work for me but I guess that's because I don't use PS's built in invoice option.
rickczsu
One year from bug report and still nothing. Prestashop starts to have more problems than issues

RamboRich
I know its late, but try the solution in this thread: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/328666-how-to-fix-paypal-usa-133-prestashop-1606-getting-404s-not-fulfilling-orders-on-return/
NEWBOB
Even with invoices enabled in Prestashop 1.6.0.14 my dashboard shows no sales even though they are coming in. EDIT: I got it to work by pressing "Day" then "Month" in the top left. *** FIXED *** TYVM! The above reply fixed it for me, PS 1.6, invoice disabled. Just click Day or Year and the sales window resets and starts showing stats again.
