contact info in contact block and footer does not appear

I upgraded from 1.6.0.5 to 1.6.0.6.  Then after finding many errors, I rolled back to 1.6.0.5.

However, two errors persist that pertain to contact information.  I try to update in "contac information block" module but the change does not stay.

Everything was fine before the upgrade and rollback.  I just want to get back to how things were, rollback did not roll everything back.  The ladys head is half off.  Please help.
