jayjay09
I don't know if anyone can help but here goes.I paid someone for my site (hosting, domain, page template and a few extra modules). But after only a month my page has gone down and I cannot access the front or back office. After searching for a while I found the guys phone number and asked him whats going on...to which he assured me he'd sort it out.Basically what I want to know is...When it comes online again can I back the entire site up, including modules, page template, products etc, as I may have to host with someone else. TropischBruin
You can download your files via FTP and backup your database via phpMyAdmin.
prestabase
jayjay09,Are you using cPanel? If so, just go to the backup section and generate an entire account backup.
